Recruiter

Our client is a global, management consultancy seeking a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts across their high-growth divisions in the US. This is a new role as the firm looks to further build its US recruiting function. It will be part of a 3-person team locally and a broader global team. It will support all US hiring, largely focused in consulting hires.

The role is ideal for experienced recruiter (5+ years) with deep sourcing skills combined with strong communications and stakeholder management skills. An ideal candidate will have agency and/or corporate experience in financial services or consulting. They’re seeking a high energy, driven professional to join the team.

This is a growth environment with high caliber talent and a strong, welcoming culture. The firm is hybrid, 1-2 days in office in Midtown.
