More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;

  • Liaising with hiring managers to take vacancy details, set route to market and manage expectations
  • Directly sourcing candidates and liaising with agencies
  • Leading agency briefings
  • Supporting hiring managers through the process to advise on outcomes
  • Conducting face to face and telephone interviews
  • Commnicating with candidates to ensure positive experience
  • Liaising with HR generalists on ad hoc project work

This is a fantastic role for someone who has experience working in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the financial or professional services. To make a real impact on the business, you will be expected to directly source candidates in order to save costs and be able to support managers with competency based interviewing.

You must also have extremely strong organisational, communication and influencing skills to do well in this role.
