Our client, a leading fintech company is looking for an early careers talent acquisition lead to help scale their NY location. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Recruiter with a focus on early careers to find, screen and hire the best talent in the market, while providing an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be focused on developing an early careers diverse pipeline. You will be responsible for the early careers hiring strategy, recruiting for the credit and legal teams. Day to day, you will develop and nurture a diverse pipeline of strong, early careers talent in order to fuel the company’s biggest growth market. This role will report into the Talent Lead and will have an international remit for commercial recruitment. The ideal candidate will design and implement an effective recruiting strategy to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of early careers talent that aligns to business goals. Collaborating with the wider people and talents team in strategic resource planning, assisting in creating effective and scalable recruitment processes. This role will be a great fit if you have a deep understanding of current early career hiring landscape, ability to advocate from the student perspective and a general knowledge of best practices for attracting early careers talent. The ability to think outside of the box and strategically approach problem resolution. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working with high levels of autonomy. The ideal candidate will have 4 plus years of experience and the ability to work independently and help scale a growing business. The salary will pay around $100-110K plus equity. This role will be hybrid in NYC. We are seeking local candidates only.
