Recruiter

Our client, a growing professional services firm with about 300 employees, is looking for a highly dynamic Recruiter, to support their recruiting function in midtown Manhattan (or Virginia). In this role you will primarily focus on recruitment initiatives from building productive relationships with key business stakeholders to development of sourcing strategy and candidate profiles through sourcing, screening, prequalifying applicants, managing the ATS, and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of recruitment experience within a professional services environment combined with stellar interpersonal skills both written and verbal. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
