We are working in partnership with one of the largest and most reputable Consulting firms globally. Their global team is made up of 20,000+ industry experts across 50 countries, with the Southeast Asia team a growing proportion of the firm.
With this growth in mind, they are now looking for a Recruiter to join their high performing team. You will be managing a portfolio of vacancies across industry and generalist consulting hiring, identifying high calibre, high potential talent for your stakeholders. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment, from liaising with hiring managers through to offer negotiations and acceptance. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements, then map out the market and pipeline talent for high demand skillsets. You will be sourcing through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards and networking with the aim of increasing the level of direct sourcing.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and sourcing with a focus on experienced hires. You will be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders independently and proficient in using various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn. If you have a background in Consulting, Energy, Telco, Finance services, this would be a plus.
