This role will be reporting into the NA Recruitment Manager and will engage with a number of stakeholders:

  • NA Directors overseeing recruitment
  • Practice Leads who have Recruitment targets
  • The HR team to handover at offer creation/onboarding stage
  • Furthermore, this role will work with Consultants who support the Recruitment function across a number of key workstreams: Experienced Hire, Graduate Hire, Recruitment Technology, Recruitment Equal Opportunities, and Recruitment Marketing & Events

Role Responsibilities:

  • Helping NA Recruitment Manager to manage candidate pipeline day-to-day
  • Liaising with interviewers to identify their availability and then scheduling interviews
  • Responsible for providing feedback back to agencies and candidates
  • Helping with direct recruitment - doing searches on LinkedIn for specific roles if needed
  • Engaging with Practices (internal teams) to help them achieve their Recruitment targets
  • Helping manage relationships with Recruitment agencies
  • Helping to update the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Partner and collaborate with the HR team, and engage with the wider team across key workstreams mentioned above to champion and support a number of projects related to Recruitment

Experience / Skillset Required:

  • Someone ideally with 1-2 years experience in a Recruitment role, or numerous relevant internships
  • Ideally someone with in-house experience, but candidates with agency experience wanting to move internal or HR professionals with Recruitment experience will also be considered
  • Ideal candidate would have worked in Financial Services/Consulting before, but not required
  • A good 'do-er' with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to execute and work independently
  • Collaborative, can work in team, with a good attitude
  • Willing to work in a smaller entrepreneurial environment
  • Someone who is good at building relationships - with candidates, agencies, internal stakeholders
  • Desire to get involved in direct recruitment (sending messages, maybe having conversations too)
  • Good verbal/written comms
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Good EQ (knowing how to frame difficult feedback etc)
