Our client is a leading mid-sized financial services organization with offices in mid-town Manhattan and is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a contract role with the possibility of converting to a full time position.
This position will see you supporting the Talent Acquisition team with all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including high volume interview coordination, offer creation and background checks, as well as other on-going HR projects. You report directly to the Director of Recruiting and will partner closely with several stakeholders to provide an exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the HR Portal and Career Pages.
Our client is looking for candidates with at least a year of experience or more in HR with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have a high level of comfort with Microsoft Office and Excel. You will enjoy multi-taking, thrive in a fast paced high pressure environment and have a natural curiosity and interest in learning.
This is a great opportunity for a recent under graduate student who wishes to round up or gain experience in recruitment.
