Recruiting Director
Our client is a market-leading investment firm seeking a Recruiting Director who will manage and develop a small, high-performing team while leading end-to-end hiring efforts for the firm across a variety of corporate functions and front office areas (private wealth, IR, capital formation). Reporting to the CHRO, the role combines strategy, process optimization, people development and hands-on recruiting and is ideal for a tenured recruiter who has excelled as a player/coach, thought partner to the business, and contributor to recruiting strategy.
The firm is seeking 10+ years, with relevant experience in buy-side environments. People management experience is required. The role can sit in Austin, TX or NYC with a hybrid work arrangement.
