Our client is a national, commercial property & casualty insurance firm, providing loss adjusting and claims management services across a comprehensive line of service offerings. They are hiring a Recruiting leader who will report to the Chief People Officer and manage a small team in support of all hiring efforts for this ~650 person firm.

They are seeking a professional with experience in the insurance industry, a client and sales-oriented mentality and the ability to deliver hands-on recruitment at the senior-most levels. This role will join a stable, growing firm with tenured leaders and a strong brand in the market. The role can sit in Atlanta (up to 3 days in office) or remotely, with regular travel to Atlanta.
