JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring process of all employees. They will manage the sourcing and recruiting strategies used by the team are successful and implement new strategies as needed. Ensures that the Talent Acquisition team has the support, resources, and access to what they need to be successful.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Supervise the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Update sourcing and recruiting procedures
  • Search for new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Continuously evaluate the hiring and onboarding process
  • Provide leadership and stakeholders with reporting on recruiting, applicant tracking, and hiring
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
  • Partner with the Marketing Team on the best strategies to improve the employer's brand
  • Research the best job advertising techniques
  • Find and attend any virtual career or job fairs
  • Ensure alignment in strategies with the goals of the organization and initiatives of the Epic HR Team
  • Cover sourcing, recruiting, and hiring duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
  • Experience implementing applicant tracking software preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now

  • Ability to lead and manage a remote team
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
