My client, an award winning multi-media production company, are seeking an Recruitment Administrator to add to their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for any graduate looking to kick-start a career in either recruitment or HR particularly within a creative, fast-paced, fun environment.
Due to an increase in internal recruitment, my client is looking for a someone with high attention to detail, efficient with time-keeping and organisation and an interest within recruitment or HR. You will need to be confident to liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders (this can be anything from administrators to Senior producers). It will be a admin heavy role so a strong use of Microsoft excel will be an advantage, particularly if you enjoy creating and tracking your own spreadsheets. You must also be confident on the phone and able to arrange interviews and give feedback to candidates applying for roles.
This is a fantastic graduate opportunity, and we also welcome any applicants with previous admin experience within recruitment or HR environments. The role has the potential to be extended and made permanent, and to take on more responsibilities.
