I am currently working with a leading private healthcare powerhouse who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their organisation on a temporary basis.
Sitting within a team of 5 and directly working with the Talent Manager, you will be given the opportunity to assist the business with its recruitment process. You will be heavily involved with the management of candidates, assisting with sourcing, telephone screening and interview arrangement. You will also support with the implementation of an exciting new ATS system.
The ideal candidate will have had exposure within a recruitment administration capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector but this is not a necessity. They should also be comfortable working with large volumes whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The role is based in Central London with good access via the tube network and is paying an equivalent of £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
