I am working closely with an organisation that sits within the oil and gas sector, in their search for a Recruitment Administrator. This is an interim role for 12 months (with the view to become permanent), paying £14 per hour.
Sitting in the Global Resourcing team, you will be part of a busy and fast-paced function. Reporting into the team leaders, you will be assisting with creating job descriptions, posting adverts on various platforms, managing applications via ATS, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and getting involved with ad-hoc projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in a high volume of roles and ensure processes run smoothly. Both the organisation and team are expanding, and so it's a really exciting time to join!
This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5. Alongside the hourly rate, you will also have 25 days' holiday and a daily lunch allowance.
I am looking to speak with HR/Recruitment professionals and graduates who have an understanding of recruitment and resourcing but still want to grow and develop in this space. Also, due to the international scope of the organisation, any additional languages would be desirable but not essential.
