My client a higher education provider are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist on a permanent contract.
Working in a busy team of 4 you will be managing around 10-20 live roles at any one time- following the cycle from shortlist to induction. This role is very varied and you will be covering a remit split between corporate functions and specialisms. You will be managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong sourcing specialist who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available but we my client will consider people on a notice period. You must be a strong direct sourcer with experience gained working in an in-house environment.
