I am delighted to be working with a Professional Services firm in Sheffield on an exclusive basis to help them recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6 month contract.
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for taking vacancy briefs from hiring managers, advertising roles, sourcing candidates using various methods to include Social Media, LinkedIn and Headhunting. You will liaise with recruitment agencies, ensure terms and SLA's agreed and operate an efficient recruitment process. You will conduct telephone interviews, provide interview support to your clients when required and arrange any assessment tools. As part of your role you will liaise with HR during the offer process and deal with onboarding of selected candidates.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate solid experience of working as an Internal Recruiter within a Professional Service organisation. You will of interviewed potential candidates, have the ability to identify talent quickly and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You will be credible in your approach and knowledge allowing you to build and develop excellent stakeholder relationships'.
