Recruitment Advisor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Recruitment & Early Careers Advisor within a fast growing, global trading firm. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the post holder, offering the chance to join an exciting business with a fantastic culture on a permanent basis.
Please note candidates must have graduate recruitment experience to apply or experience within a financial services environment for this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Mapping the market, tracking candidates and building a strong pipeline to facilitate the organisations growth plans across the UK and Europe.
- Manage annual graduate and early careers programme.
- Effectively and efficiently screen candidates, building shortlists for vacancies of varying seniority.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, having regular meetings to understand their ongoing hiring needs.
- Using strategic sourcing techniques to identify talent in the market.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and varying legal requirements across the market.
- Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment cycle in full including participating in screening and interview process.
- Accurate maintenance and upkeep of ATS system in accordance with GDPR legislation.
- Lead on employer branding and attraction strategy.
- Maintain external stake holder relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Manage annual graduate and early careers programme.
- Work on ongoing projects related to the employee experience, including the DEI strategy.
