I am delighted to work with an expanding Law Firm to support them in their search for an experienced recruiter to be based in Leeds. This is a newly created position in Leeds which requires a self starter who is confident, articulate and passionate about the service they develop and deliver.
You will have responsibility for recruitment across two offices across both fee earners, business services and support. These vacancies could be either replacement or newly created therefore you will need to build strong relationships with stakeholders in order to understand the team structure, dynamic and team fit. You will go directly to market and engage with agencies where necessary. You will become part of a UK recruitment team but working independently in Leeds.
In order to be successful in your application you will need 3-5 years experience and at least two years being in-house recruitment experience in order to bring innovative ideas and experienced ways of working to this business. This is a stand alone role therefore you will need to have experience working autonomously, remotely or independently. Experience recruiting in-house within the legal sector is advantageous but my client is open to considering strong recruiters working within professional services.
As this is a newly created position in Leeds my client is looking for someone who will approach recruitment with energy, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. Someone who is relationship driven, credible, has exceptional communication skills and engagement.
