A leading international financial services group based in the City is currently looking for a Recruitment & Projects Lead to cover a maternity leave for 12 months. The business is looking for an individual to manage a highly engaged recruitment function focusing on the attraction and diverse talent across EMEA for 12 months.
Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA, the role will partner with various stakeholders to develop the talent and hiring approach across different locations and you will also be expected to manage the key vendor relationship with the global RPO provider onsite. This will involve managing service levels, responding to candidate and hiring manager feedback and dealing with issues related to complex hires.
You will also be responsible for a number of projects in 2019, including the rollout of a new application tracking system, renewal of the preferred supplier list and executing a new marketing strategy.
Proven experience of managing large teams in a fast-pace environment is key for this role and you will ideally have some knowledge/experience of financial services. The ability to manage projects across talent and leadership and experience of managing an RPO relationship in-house is essential for this opportunity.
This is an extremely varied and rewarding role where you will be able to build on existing relationships internally with senior business leaders and HR but also drive external relationships with recruitment vendors and sourcing channels.
