Recruitment Assistant

More specifically, as a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for;

  • Arranging and attending agency briefings
  • Advertising new jobs
  • Maintaining the ATS
  • Coordinating the interview process
  • Managing the onboarding / referencing process
  • Updating social media

You must have experience working in a fast paced administrative role, ideally within the financial or professional services. Previous recruitment experience is desired.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
