My client is a National and Royal Charter status organisation that support young people to build an engaged and cohesive society. I am supporting them on their search for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their HR team.
As part of the People and Office team, the Recruitment Business Partner will play a crucial role in the delivery of organisations ambitious growth objectives and, by extension, the continued success of the business objectives and key deliverables for the young people.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to plan and coordinate recruitment strategy and ensure all related processes are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Working with minimal supervision, they will manage stakeholder relationships across defined business areas, all the while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be working to high volume recruitment up to senior levels so experience working to mid to senior level role is essential. You will be about to demonstrate your experience in interview processes including competency-based questions, technical testing and assessment days. You will manage the end to end recruitment to the offer process.
This role will allow you the opportunity to truly partner with high profile stakeholders across the organisation and own the recruitment and selection process with the support of the Head of Recruitment. Working predominantly with the senior leadership team you will contribute to the stakeholder meetings on your understanding of strategy and your continued assessment of business recruitment needs. You will have experience using various methods of candidate sourcing, talent pipelining and social media channels. You will have worked with your previous organising on employee branding and understand how this can support their message to market.
As a positive and proactive recruitment specialist you will have worked in a in house recruitment capacity ideally within professional services and have the capability to build strong relationships internally quickly.
