My client a media business based in central London are looking to hire a Recruitment Business Partner on an initial 3 month contract that could extend. To carry out this role you must have experience recruiting in the PR sector.
Working in a team of 2 you will be managing around 25 live roles- following the cycle from shortlist to induction. You will be leading the end to end recruitment and selection process for all roles working alongside stakeholders to conduction competency and case study interviews. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be be a strong sourcing specialist who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and must have in house or recruitment agency experience recruiting for PR roles
