Great opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist within Volume Recruitment to work in a truly, commercial strategic role with a leading Australian Corporate.
Working as part of an experienced team you will partner with key stakeholders to deliver volume campaign and contractor recruitment activities to the business.
You will focus on the strategic and relationship side of the recruitment process whilst still ensuring successful delivery of the full end to end recruitment process. This includes advising on diversity & inclusion, coaching Managers to incorporate capability and competency based assessments in their interviews and to advise on workforce planning.
This is an organisation who are looking for their Recruitment team to work to the highest standards and really look to meet best practice guidelines.
We are looking to speak with experienced recruitment practitioners who have proven internal recruitment experience focussing on volume recruitment with a complex, top tier organisation. Communication and relationship building skills must be of the highest calibre along with a real drive and determination to make an impact.
Experience of working with Managers executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven results and able to display how you have helped improved the recruitment process will be highly regarded.
This permanent position is based in Melbourne CBD.
