I'm delighted to be working with successful PR company in their search for a Recruitment Coordinator.
This fast-paced company is looking for someone from a PR, Marketing, Media or Professional Services background. You will act as a brand ambassador and can really make this role your own.
In this recruitment role, you main responsibilities will include liaising with recruitment agencies, screening CVs, conducting interviews when required and providing feedback to the candidate/recruitment consultant. You will need to carefully follow the process from briefing to appointment, ensuring all candidates have a professional and positive experience. You will also do some direct sourcing and respond to speculative applications - you will need to understand what good looks like.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a consultancy environment and have at least a basic understanding of PR/communications. You will have experience in recruitment, or be a HR generalist looking to step into a recruitment role. Although your main responsibility will be recruitment, you will need to be adaptable and support in other areas when required. This client is very dynamic, ambitious and down to earth. You should have the credibility and inter-personal skills to be able to quickly build strong relationships at all levels.
