Are you looking for an interim role within Recruitment and Resourcing?
I have partnered with a fantastic and fast-growing retail organisation in South West London, and they are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fast-paced team for the next 6-12 weeks.
You will take ownership of the whole recruitment process for staff members and work closely with the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates. You will also shortlist candidates and confirm their eligibility for the role. This will allow you to have autonomy within the recruitment process and be able to represent the organisation when speaking with candidates. You will also work closely with the wider HR and Payroll team providing additional support and assistance. This is fantastic exposure to both Recruitment and HR within a fast-moving organisation.
This will be a highly varied role with different responsibilities to juggle. Therefore I am looking to speak with immediately available Recruitment Administrators or Coordinators in the South West area.
