Join this fast paced organisation as an internal Recruitment Coordinator where you will be responsible for providing recruitment support. You will be responsible for drafting and posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screening and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for working closely with agencies, direct resourcing and managing candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process.
Experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or Resourcer role is essential. This role would suit someone with a couple of years experience in a recruitment administration/resourcer role or someone who has worked in agency and looking to move in-house. Someone with strong administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to provide support in a fast paced environment is required.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based in Melbourne CBD.
