I am delighted to work with an expanding law firm to recruit a Recruitment/Resourcing Coordinator in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant firm and an opportunity to take the lead on fee earning, business services and PA recruitment across multiple sites, including Leeds.
Alongside HR Advisors and Managers you will conduct scoping out meetings with hiring partners/managers to agree on the job description and recruitment strategy. You will advertise vacancies and release to agencies when necessary. You will be responsible for undertaking interview coordination and tracking of processes, you will carry out skills testing where necessary and responsible for issuing all relevant offer letter and contract paperwork. You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and a consistent point of contact, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
