We are delighted to be partnering with our client, on another exciting opportunity to be a part of their growing Talent Acquisition team. Headquartered in the US, the company focuses on investments and trading across major markets globally covering more than 10 locations.

Your role as a Recruitment Coordinator will be part of the global recruiting team and be a part of supporting global recruitment efforts. Your portfolio will include data management, identifying sourcing strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process as well as delivering interview coordination. You’ll play a part alongside the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate onboarding experience whilst being able to manage data accurately using applicant tracking systems.

The suitable individual should bring a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience within a Recruitment Coordination / Administration role. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills and be able to operate in a fast-paced environment whilst being comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders within the business when necessary. Your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent, and you should be fully committed to joining an international business whilst supporting and driving recruitment efforts as part of a growing organization.
