We are partnering with one of the world's top Management Consultancy firms in their search for a Talent Acquisition Events Lead to be based in London or Amsterdam. Bringing a wealth of talent acquisition experience to this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's sourcing strategy across all EMEA regions, managing cross-functional teams in the planning and delivery of high-quality events.

This position will also allow you to travel between the firms regions to collaborate with other departments and oversee the events you design. This business is forward thinking and will allow you to work flexibly, but travel is an integral and extremely rewarding part of this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Events Lead you will be involved in:

  • Planning and designing all in-person, virtual and hybrid events
  • Ensuring candidate experience is a top priority
  • Event budgeting, logistics and delivery strategy
  • Overseeing the selection of venues, speakers, technological formats and suppliers
  • Analysing the event data metrics and presenting findings to leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Curating and managing all aspects of the events teams: communications, marketing, technology, production and security
  • International travel (around 40 days per year)

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management or Communications is preferred
  • Ideally 8 or more years of experience relating to event management, especially within a corporate context
  • Good knowledge of the talent acquisition lifecycle and resourcing processes
  • Keen understanding of new trends in digital events and technology
  • Creativity and passion for designing and managing events
  • People management experience is preferred
  • Preferable experience in a matrix-structured, international organisation with cross-cultural understanding
  • Flexible approach to working, including the capacity to deal with unpredictable, project-driven hours.
  • Impeccable communications skills in English (verbal and written) and ideally another European language (e.g. French, Spanish, German or Italian)
