Our client, an iconic New York City non-profit, is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Lead to proactively support staffing efforts across high volume non-exempt/hourly and field exempt level hiring. In this role you will partner with the branch management to foster the attraction of top talent in field roles. This encompasses all aspects of the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through job fairs, management of social media, interviewing/assessing candidate credentials, ATS (Cornerstone), offers, diversity initiatives and beyond. The ideal candidate with have recruitment experience from a highly relevant industry doing field/non-exempt recruitment like non-profit, retail, education, etc. Hybrid schedule in the Lincoln Center area with 1-2 days onsite/week.
