I'm currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join a well-regarded property business based in South West London.
My client are looking for a confident, recuitment professional with excellent stakeholder management skills to join their business. Leading a team of 4, you will need to have proven experience in people management.
You will take ownership of a small volume of critical hires in the business and will be responsible for leading projects on the candidate journey, employer branding and improving their recruitment performance. You will need to build strong relationships with divisional managers and will be the recruitment subject matter expert in the business. You will also work closely with the L&D department to upskill managers on recruitment best practice and interview techniques to ensure the business are managing the recruitment process effectively.
You will build and develop your team, setting clear objectives and ensure they are operating at optimal performance.
Ideally you will have had prior experience in a sales environment, for example property, recruitment, regional sales or call centre.
Salary - £55,000 (OTE £65,000)
Location - South West London, close to tube and rail links
Please note the client would be also be open to considering candidates who are looking for a part time role (4 days a week)
