This leading law firm based in the City is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the firm. Working as part of a wider HR team this role will see you supporting both Fee Earning and Senior business services roles. In what is a very visible role, you will help to shape and add value to the talent function, looking at new and innovative ways to attract talent and develop the business brand.
This is a hands on and varied role which offers plenty of scope to support the business by hiring the right talent, developing and using the appropriate selection process as well as using cost effective approaches to candidate sourcing.
Whilst principally responsible for recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider HR team projects and activities such as facilitation and delivery of L&D workshops and assessment/development centres; early careers initiatives; and other varied projects.
There are a number of future projects in the pipeline including assisting with the roll-out of branding projects, review of agency relationships which will lead to the implementation of a preferred supplier list; driving efforts around direct hiring.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates ideally from a partnership environment who have demonstrable recruitment experience. Exposure to both experienced hire and input into graduate recruitment is strongly preferable. A combination of agency as well as in-house recruitment experience would be useful and the role will suit someone who either has a broader HR background or who is keen to get involved with the wider talent agenda and associated projects.
