Utilising your recruitment expertise to attract, recruit and retain high-quality candidates, you will manage the talent function and add to the continuing transformation of this incredible organisation and in turn, the lives of thousands of children and their families.

My client is looking for an innovative in-house Recruitment Manager to introduce creative initiatives, ensuring an effective recruitment strategy is implemented across the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Wellbeing, Development and People Operations, you will have access to a brilliant team of HR professionals; working closely alongside your Head and team of Recruitment Leads to action and develop long term recruitment strategies, workforce planning and resourcing solutions.

This is a larger charitable organisation and so a high volume role; responsible for around 200 varied roles per year. These roles will be from junior to senior level, being responsible for each stage including attraction to interviews and assessment centres. Experience of attraction and search via online platforms and also running assessment centres would be very useful. On top of these roles will be the opportunity to devise an implement some exciting new programmes for example a Graduate Scheme or Overseas Recruitment. Someone with a positive and 'can do' attitude would succeed in the role, dedicated to completing workload commitments and welcoming new projects.

A major aspect of this role is networking and stakeholder engagement. Therefore, someone with proven communication and persuasion skills by way of experience of stakeholder management and consultations, would suit this position as a trusted advisor to senior managers on all resourcing needs. You must have proven managment experience and have lead on recruitment strategies.

With the nature of this charity, it would be extremely beneficial to have an in-house background within the third, education or healthcare sectors.
