Reporting directly into the HR Director, who has an extremely strong reputation within the firm, you will be managing both experienced hire recruitment and graduate recruitment.
There has been recent movement within the recruitment team (for positive reasons) so the firm is looking for someone to offer stable and strong leadership. The firm have some extremely exciting growth plans over the next couple of years so you need to be up for the challenge! The role does oversee their experienced hiring for Consultant levels however the real focus will be on their campus recruitment, and ramping up the relationships and processes in place to ensure they are consistently hiring best in class!
Naturally, experience of both graduate and experienced hiring would be beneficial however the firm would also look at candidates who have experience of the graduate recruitment process, as this is where the biggest growth is likely to occur. Professional services knowledge and experience is a priority at this stage.
