This is a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to really stamp their mark and lead all Talent Acquisition activity across the UK and into Europe within a rapidly growing business. My client is based in commutable distance of Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales.
Reporting into the HR Director you will initially manage a team of three and be responsible for developing and delivering the recruitment strategy. Alongside all operational activity this will include managing all aspects of recruitment including the budget, PSL relationships, an RPO and planning for all recruitment interventions and activities.
Operating within an engineering and manufacturing environment, your remit will include responsibility for all corporate functions and areas of the business, and in turn you will build relationships with the Senior Management team across the business and across multiple locations and countries. You will also be responsible for growing the Resourcing team to c.10.
You will have in-house corporate experience gained within engineering and manufacturing or a similar working environment. You will have led a Resourcing team and in an organisation that has seen significant headcount growth across business functions. Experience of recruitment in Europe would be advantageous. It goes without saying that you will be able to demonstrate: commercial and business acumen; strong relationship building at senior levels; leverage new technologies and ATS systems; programme and project management; and a detail orientated and flexible approach to problem solving.
