This leading large international law firm is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join its wider Talent Acquisition team.

As a true leader in its field this role will see you managing a team of TA professionals who support the firm across both fee earning and business services recruitment. To continue achieving its high standards and seamless services to its client, recruiting top talent is at the forefront.
This role will see you managing the wider team but also primarily responsible for recruiting lawyers into the firm at all levels. You will be managing internal relationships with Partners and Heads of function, ascertaining departmental needs and advising on best approaches to market. You will forge relationships with external recruitment consultancies and executive search firms and partner with them to find the best candidates for the firm.
Managing the candidate experience end to end and offering the best in class internal stakeholder communications you will deliver a seamless recruitment service into the firm.
Whilst the legal piece will be your focus, you will also have oversight of the business services offering and ensuring the same level is service is replicated.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have solid experience of working in house, and recruiting lawyers across all levels and practice groups. You may already be at Manager level or looking for your next step in within you legal recruitment career.
