Recruitment Manager

We are sourcing a new Recruitment Manager for the Middle East operations for this consulting business that values its people above all else.

The Role

This position is based on a full time permanent basis in Kuwait.

Reporting into the CHRO, the Recruitment Manager will have responsibility for building and developing the Talent Acquisition function for the business as it embeds the new Transformation Program. You will have a team of recruiters reporting into you to you.

The Recruitment Manager will partner closely with the business across all functions. Your position will be critical in ensuring that the TA strategy is aligned to that of the business and supports the ambitious targets over the coming years.

The Criteria

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will be an experienced recruitment manager with strong commercial acumen. You will also have the ability to set the TA strategy whilst also diving into operational matters when needed.
