New Permanent Role - Recruitment Manager, Exeter, Salary up to £45K

I am delighted to be partnering with a Professional Services organisation who are looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager for their Exeter office. Due to significant growth, this role is a newly created post and is pivotal in driving the people strategy forward. As the Recruitment Manager you will report into the Head of HR and will work within an HR team of 30. You will have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Exeter office, this will include, working with your stakeholders from sign off stage to ensure you fully understand their requirements, advertising, sourcing, and shortlisting candidates, interviewing and playing an active role during the process using online and hard copy tools. You will manage the onboarding and induction process to ensure the best possible candidate experience. You will ensure all roles are appropriately advertised utilising social media to include LinkedIn and ensuring the organisation is reflected as an employee of choice.
You will develop relationships with a PSL of agents and agree standard terms and conditions as well as striving to constantly improve time to hire and interview to offer ratios.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a successful career of operating as a Recruitment Manager within a busy Professional Services firm. You will be quality driven with keen attention to detail and commitment to service. You will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will be able to identify what needs to be done to attract, retain and engage with the best possible talent on the market. Your leadership skills along with your excellent communication and tenacity will be of real interest to my client.
