Your new company have exciting growth plans over the next 6-12 months and central to this expansion and growth is the creation of a Recruitment Team. As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for setting up process from beginning to end - attracting strategic, the candidate journey, a consistent recruitment framework and recruitment strategics feeding into talent mapping & succession planning. You will design and execute the hiring plans in global offices to ensure business leaders are attracting the right talent to allow them to meet expansion plans.
You will have the opportunity to grow the recruitment team quickly and take responsibility for driving their performance. Personally you will have particular focus on recruitment for the Global Sales and Marketing functions. You will work together with senior business leaders and hiring managers in their client group and with other global recruiting team members to provide a high level of service ensuring recruitment needs are met. You will also put in place a preferred supplier list in conjunction with business leaders.
This is an exceptional opportunity to develop a recruitment function and would suit someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and self motivated with in-house recruitment experience. You will have some coaching or people development experience preferable gained within a start up function. Ity is highly desirable for you to have international recruitment experience worknig at both an operational and strategic level.
