Recruitment Manager – Accounting
I am working with a well-respected UK based Accountancy firm who are looking to recruit a new Recruitment Manager to focus on auditors, tax professionals, and oversee a small team.
About the role
- This is a great opportunity to join a close and effective team as manager, you will manage two and potentially three people in the future
- Overseeing the team, you will ensure that the recruitment offering is both efficient and inclusive. You will be tasked with bringing in the best talent and act as a trusted advisor to the business adding expertise and value to all interactions
- The firm has considerable growth plans and you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of experienced hires across audit and tax
- Delivery of strategic recruitment projects particularly around untapped talent groups and new resourcing solutions
- 2 days in the office – mid town/City
About you
- You will come from a professional services background, ideally with experience of recruiting tax and/or audit professionals
- Already in a management position, you enjoy overseeing team members and ensuring the team is operating to a high standard
- You are comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and feel comfortable challenging decisions when appropriate
- It would be great if you have experience of project delivery within a recruitment environment
- Have head-hunted/direct sourced in the past
- Knowledge of the visa application process would be helpful
