Our client is a global consultancy with a base in Singapore and have engaged our services [exclusively] for a Recruitment Manager APAC to join this thriving fast-paced business. This person will act as a key point of contact to the business across 10 APAC locations offering advice and support for hiring and is a newly created role due to business growth. The HR team previously carried out this role themselves and due to continued growth they have identified the need for a full time person to support. This is a standalone recruitment role, so is 'hands-on'.

This person will be expected to hit the ground running and undertake all aspects of Recruitment. This is a great opportunity to own the strategy elements, put into place referral programmes, create a plan and execute the social medial strategy, talent pool, and work with the wider business in terms of getting excellent talent in the doors.

This business is person centric, as a result there will not be set policies and procedures in place - so this person will use their initiative to help navigate 'grey' areas, use a common sense approach and build strong long-lasting relationships across APAC and globally.

This is a 'hands-on', end-end role with an opportunity. A unique opportunity to make a significant impact by streamlining and reviewing current processes and practices and making value-add changes to the way in which HR serves the business. Reporting to the Global Head of HR and supporting and collaborating with global teams and counterparts.
