Our client, a top-tier global law firm, is looking for a Recruitment Manager / Specialist (APAC) to join the HR team based in the Singapore or Hong Kong office. Reporting in to the Regional Head of HR, with a dotted line in to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in another region, you will operate in an individual contributor role, working closely with the Partners and Functional Business Heads across the region to manage all TA matters end-to-end, as a trusted adviser to the business.
Working alongside another Recruitment Specialist in the region (APAC), you will split the fee-earner and business services client groups in half, working collaboratively together to drive TA Strategy, attraction, assessment, offer management, pro-active pipelining of top talent, operating as an internal TA Consultant. Partner and Campus hiring will not be in scope.
Essential: If you are a commercial, engaging and passionate Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Specialist with experience operating in a leading international law and / or professional services firm and you are ready for another new and exciting chapter of your career, do get in touch! Ideally you will have regional recruitment experience in house.
