My client, a leading consumer brand based in South West London, are seeking an experienced in-house Recruitment Manager for a 9 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity which will offer exposure to international recruitment (EMEA) across Operations, Corporate and Head Office functions.
The role requires someone that will be able to work closely with the EMEA HR team and recruiting leaders to ensure there is a clear understanding of workforce resource plans and requirements, and in doing so provide recruitment expertise and solutions. Lead and manage the end to end Recruitment and Selection processes for all allocated positions, by utilising digital media recruitment tools (LinkedIn, online job boards).
You will need to be able to build and manage the PSL across regions; agree competitive terms of business, ensure brand engagement and ensure candidate experience is high standard. You will also need to develop the PSL further with a focus on building key partnerships in emerging markets. Work closely with the hiring leaders to manage the selection process including; coaching and mentoring the hiring management, delivering internal workshops, conducting competency based interviews, and monitoring all recruitment activity.
The ideal candidate will need to come from an in-house recruitment background ideally with international experience. Be happy working within a high pressure environment, can set high standards and work in a systematic and methodical way. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is commercially minded with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills coupled with tenacious can do attitude. Previous FMCG experience is desirable.
