A leading international accountancy firm is hiring a Recruitment Officer to join their recruitment team based in the London office. You will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to run the Graduate Recruitment function, with the option of assisting the team with the recruitment of experienced hires and business services. This role is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant wanting to progress their career within the professional services.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include owning the Graduate Recruitment function across the UK, engaging with key stakeholders and hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, assist in the recruitment of experienced hires as well as managing the recruitment for a key business service team.
As the ideal candidate, you will have internal recruitment experience within a professional services firm. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills. You will be confident engaging with key stakeholders and enjoy developing early talent.
The firm is paying up to £35,000 based on experience, with a range of great benefits.
