I am looking for hands on recruiters with a specialty in the professional services industry, as my client are looking to bring in additional headcount to support their organic growth. The recruitment team handles all hiring needs across the organisation and has a split between agency usage and a direct sourcing model. This is a fast paced team, so someone with an understanding of the industry is key, whether from a legal, accountancy or professional services space. The typical req load probably sits around the 20-25 mark with a focus on the mid-level. In terms of seniority.
This needs to have someone used to the in-house environment because the stakeholders will be involved from day one, with an understanding of how to manage the sourcing, interviews and through to offer stage. The business is looking to move more towards a direct sourcing approach, so an ability to go to market across corporate functions (including Tax & Treasury, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing) as well as assist the Recruitment Coordinator and help to upskill their technical capabilities.
