My client a media brand are looking to hire a Recruitment Partner on an initial 2-3 month contract so support the company during a period of change.
Working in a Recruitment team of 2 you will be responsible for all contract and interim head office recruitment across the business. You will be managing up to 30 live roles at any 1 time following the cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with key stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, sourcing and vetting candidates, attending interviews and organising recruitment campaigns. To carry out this role you must be a strong direct sourcer and feel comfortable using multiple channels to recruit.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience in an in-house recruitment capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting for contract role and be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment!
