An exciting opportunity to join as a standalone Recruitment partner for a global Insurance firm with a client base in Singapore. The role is ideal for someone who has end-to-end recruitment experience and can hit the ground running. Working on occasional regional hires due to growth. This is a fast-paced role where you will get to own the recruitment processes and manage senior stakeholders across the business.
This is about talent sourcing and pipelining quality hires for the business, it isn't about volume hiring. You will sit with a small and high performing HR team. This person must be great in working with multi nationalities and come with global firm experience.
This is a 'hands on' role where you will support the end-end recruitment processes.
TA Projects: This person will review and streamline the hiring process, manage onboarding, work closely with hiring managers, proactively source great talent via different sourcing methods. Hiring all levels across the business. You could help shape their Internship programme that is up and running to ensure it is a fantastic experience.
Roles Hiring for: All areas of the business. Quality, not volume. Actuaries, Accountants, IT and Finance roles in particular.
Essential: Seasoned recruiter who is professional and mature and able to deal with senior stakeholders and comes with excellent interpersonal skills. In-house experience is essential.
Desirable: Someone who has worked in the Insurance sector, or Financial / Banking.
