Recruitment Partner – Early Careers & Risk Group
My client, a global financial business, have attributed their growth and success to their diverse and inclusive working environment and a platform that continues to develop and progress their employees. They are now looking to hire a newly created role as Recruitment Partner with a focus on Early Careers along with the Risk client group.
Your key responsibilities will include the planning and execution of several early careers’ recruitment activities. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement early careers programmes, initiatives, and strategies to attract and engage top talent into the company. You’ll continuously build strong relationships with university partnerships and drive marketing campaigns & initiatives whilst delivering a robust and proactive diversity & inclusion framework. You’ll maintain lasting relationships with hiring managers, department heads and business leaders within the business to understand the best hiring practices and how to develop and maintain a consistent approach. You will also partner with the Risk client group and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment needs.
You’ll bring demonstrated experience within the early careers recruiting space within a SME financial services business. You should bring a thorough understanding of university relations and campus engagement programmes and proven ability to attract and recruit early careers talent into multiple business areas within the firm. You will be used to working with pace and ideally along with early careers experience and passion you have also worked within a recruitment agency.
