My client - a global retail business - is looking for a recruitment resourcer to join their organisation. Within this role, you will act as a support to an experienced team of recruiters, working on a range of roles across different Head Office departments. Not only will you be heavily involved sourcing potential candidates, but you will have a central role in the management of candidate experience - including interviewing, screening and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a resourcing role, actively sourcing and screening/interviewing candidates. Ideally this will have been within an in-house capacity but my client is also interested in agency candidates who have worked on head office roles within the permanent market. You will also have excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and an ability to think innovatively.
This is a permanent opportunity based in South West London and is paying up to £27,000.
