We are delighted to be partnering with a top tier law firm who are looking for a dedicated and passionate Resourcing Consultant to join their high performing team for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
Partnering closely with the in-house recruitment team this role plays a critical part in proactive talent sourcing and candidate management.
Description
- Proactively source candidates
- Conduct market mapping
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Act as a Brand Ambassador
- Support recruitment and advertising campaigns
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Provide an overall exceptional candidate experience
Profile
- Previous experience in a Recruitment/HR Coordinator position
- Use of recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Page Up experience advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Polished, neat, professional presentation
- Energised by connecting with new people
