Based in the heart of the CBD, this leading Australian firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
This role forms part of the Talent Acquisition team and will report to the TA Manager. A broad and varied role you will be given a diverse portfolio including Business Services staff and fee-earners.
- Have excellent relationship building skills and will be able to confidently support hiring managers with their requirements
- Be able to take job briefs, write job adverts, screen and shortlist CVs and manage the offer process.
- Manage agency relationships
- Create talent pools
If you have hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in a corporate environment and are looking to broaden you skills into new portfolios, then full training will be given on recruiting in some of the more niche areas. You will be confident, have a professional approach, a willingness to learn and enjoy end to end, hands-on recruitment.
